The True goalie skate line must be heat molded. The skates will feel very tight and awkward until the thermo-foams are activated by heat. There is a huge difference in the fit out of the box versus a heat activated fit. Just because the skates may feel odd out of the box, that does not mean they are the wrong fit. Heat molding is a must with True goalie skates.
