Use this form to receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number. You must receive a “Return Authorization” number before returning or exchanging any items. It is important to note that no items will be returned without a proper RA# issued by Goalies Plus.

    Returns and Exchanges Policy

    Please contact our store if you have additional questions not covered by our policies. You can call us directly at 1-800-599-2440.

    • Please use this form to receive a Return Authorization (RA #) number before returning any items. No items will be returned without a proper RA# issues by Goalies Plus.
    • Get a Return Authorization number here.
    • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response.
    • All Returns must be made within 60 days of the original order date.
    • No used or worn gear will be accepted.
    • There are no restocking fees when exchanging at Goalies Plus.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges: including from Goalies Plus to Customer and/or Customer to Goalies Plus.
    • If using Paypal as your form of payment, you will be responsible for the PayPal fees on the refund.  Paypal does not refund seller fees anymore so therefore the customer will be responsible paying these fees (only on refunds, not on sales which the customer keeps the products).  These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • There are absolutely no returns on Jocks or Under Garments.
    • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
